"Overview:
We are looking for a fluent English-speaking caller who also has a solid understanding of web development to assist with outbound calls, follow-ups, and technical communication. This role requires someone who is confident on the phone, understands basic development terminology (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, CMS, APIs, etc.), and can communicate with potential clients, developers, or partners effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Make and receive calls related to web development projects (client outreach, updates, coordination)

Communicate clearly with developers, clients, and technical teams

Understand and explain basic technical concepts (e.g. website structure, platforms, timelines)

Take notes and summarize calls with action points

Assist with scheduling, follow-ups, and project-related questions

Requirements:

Fluent in spoken and written English (neutral accent preferred)

Basic to intermediate knowledge of web development (e.g. WordPress, Shopify, HTML, APIs)

Previous experience in a caller, coordinator, or virtual assistant role

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace

Available during working hours (flexible to match time zone needs)

Preferred:

Experience speaking with developers or technical teams

Familiarity with project management tools like Trello, Slack, Asana, or ClickUp

Type:
