"Virtual Assistant – Planning, Decision Support & Coordination

I'm looking for a reliable Virtual Assistant to help me stay organised, make informed decisions, and keep projects moving forward.
The Role
Ongoing, part-time, fully remote with flexible hours. Mostly async work with occasional calls.
What You'll Do

Turn rough ideas into clear options, action plans, and decision briefs
Help structure priorities and maintain calendars, deadlines, and follow-ups
Research and present findings in concise formats (bullets, simple tables)
Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and capture actions/decisions
Draft and polish emails from my notes; prepare stakeholder documents
Maintain shared trackers and project boards (Notion/Docs/etc.)
Support with general comms, note-taking, problem-solving, and brainstorming
Assist with marketing and social media tasks as needed

You Have

Excellent written English and professional communication
Strong organisation skills and attention to detail
Experience with Google Workspace/Microsoft 365, Zoom, and task management tools
Ability to work proactively with incomplete information
Discretion with confidential matters

Bonus Points

Experience supporting executives or founders
Familiarity with Notion, ClickUp, Trello, or similar
Comfortable using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) in your workflow
Marketing or social media experience
