We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Digital Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role offers the unique opportunity to work with multiple clients across diverse industries, make a measurable impact, and grow into a management position for the right candidate.

About the Role
As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you'll be responsible for driving results for both our company and our clients through strategic optimization across organic and paid channels. You'll work independently while collaborating with our strategist-level leadership, managing client relationships, and staying ahead of the latest marketing technologies and trends.
This is a fully remote, contract-based position with flexible part-time or full-time arrangements for the right candidate. We're open to working with talent anywhere in the world, provided you have strong English communication skills and can work during US daylight hours (flexible within ET time zone operations).

Primary Responsibilities
Client Performance & Optimization
Optimize websites and content for organic SEO performance
Implement and optimize strategies for AI Overview and emerging AI search engines (AEO)
Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook/Meta, and potentially other platforms)
Monitor site health and proactively address technical SEO issues
Continuously research and implement the latest marketing technologies, algorithm updates, and industry best practices
Client Communication & Account Management
Communicate campaign status, results, and recommendations regularly with clients via Zoom and Loom
Conduct monthly client meetings to review performance and strategy
Deliver weekly performance reports to clients and internal stakeholders
Maintain strong client relationships and monitor client satisfaction ("temperature")
Identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities for additional services
Encourage and facilitate client reviews
Strategic Contribution
Report directly to senior strategist-level management
Collaborate with internal team members to align on client goals and company objectives
Contribute insights and recommendations based on performance data and industry trends
Support the growth and optimization of both client accounts and our own company marketing efforts

Requirements
Experience & Skills
3-5+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing with proven results
Mid to expert-level proficiency in:
Google Ads and Google Analytics
Facebook/Meta Ads Manager
SEMrush or similar SEO/competitive analysis tools
SEO best practices (on-page, off-page, technical)
AI Overview optimization and AEO (AI Engine Optimization) strategies
Strong understanding of site health monitoring and technical SEO troubleshooting
Experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously
Proven track record of generating leads and revenue through digital marketing campaigns
Communication & Work Style
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills – you'll be presenting to clients and creating reports regularly
Professional, client-focused communication style suitable for video calls (Zoom) and asynchronous updates (Loom)
Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment
Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Collaborative team player who can take direction from strategists and contribute ideas
Technical & Analytical
Comfortable with data analysis and performance reporting
Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for clients
Experience with CRM and project management tools
Adaptable learner who stays current with rapidly evolving marketing technologies
Work Availability
Available to work during US daylight hours (Eastern Time zone preferred, but flexible)
Reliable internet connection and professional home office setup for video calls

Key Performance Indicators
Success in this role will be measured by:
Number of qualified leads generated for clients
Revenue generated from marketing campaigns
Website health scores and SEO performance improvements
Consistent monthly client meetings (held on schedule)
Timely weekly reporting (delivered consistently)
Client satisfaction and relationship temperature (positive client feedback)
Successful upsells and cross-sells of services
Client reviews obtained during calendar months
