"We are building an AI-powered video editing app that turns raw footage into fully-edited short videos using:

- Whisper (transcription)
- FFmpeg (cuts, transitions, color tone, subtitles, audio mixing)
- Style presets
- Music and caption styles
- Prompt-based editing logic

**Goal:** Deliver a working MVP in 14 days.

**Tech required:**
- Python (FastAPI) OR Node.js
- FFmpeg (must have expertise)
- Whisper integration (local model)
- Redis Queue (RQ / BullMQ)
- Cloudinary (upload + storage)
- React + Tailwind (frontend)
- Docker + Deployment (Render/Vercel)

**Deliverables:**
- Backend pipeline (transcription → cuts → subtitles → transitions → color grading → music → export)
- Frontend (upload → prompt → style → music → preview)
- Job queue + status updates
- Final MP4 export
- Deployment end-to-end
