"I’m ready to digitise our personal-loan workflow and need a purpose-built system that centres on Loan Application Tracking. The platform must let borrowers start an application, upload the required documents, and then follow real-time status updates while automated email/SMS notifications keep everyone informed at each stage.

Only the tracking module is mandatory right now—we’re not adding repayment scheduling or credit-score pulls at this stage—so clean, modular code is essential for future add-ons. A straightforward browser-based interface is fine; if you prefer a modern stack (Laravel, Node, Django, React, etc.) just make sure it’s secure, well-documented, and easy for an in-house admin to maintain.

Acceptance criteria
• Applicants can create an account, complete the loan form, and attach multiple files (PDF, JPEG, DOCX).
• Underwriters see a searchable dashboard, change an application’s status (received, in review, approved, rejected, funded), and trigger templated notifications automatically.
• Every status change is logged with time stamps and visible to both staff and applicant.
• Basic role-based access, TLS encryption for data in transit, and encrypted at-rest storage for uploads.
• Source code, database schema, and a concise deployment guide are handed over on completion.

Deliverables
1. Fully functional web application deployed to my cloud instance (AWS, Azure, or similar).
2. Source code repository with clear commit history.
3. Admin & user quick-start manuals (PDF).
4. One live walkthrough session for knowledge transfer.
