"I need a cross-platform mobile app that puts businesses on an interactive map and lets users rate them in the moment. Two core map features are non-negotiable: users must be able to search for a business (İşletme arama) and see or leave user reviews (Kullanıcı yorumları).

The twist is the camera flow. After a purchase, the user points the phone at their receipt; the app scans it, recognises the store, and immediately opens the rating screen. An accurate, fast OCR layer (Google ML Kit, Tesseract or a solution you prefer) is therefore essential.

I’m open to Google Maps, Mapbox or another reliable map SDK. The build can be native, Flutter or React Native as long as both iOS and Android are covered. Clean, well-commented source code and a short read-me for setup are part of the hand-off.
