Scope
• Platform: iOS only.
• Core features: a live store-locator map that surfaces nearby partner venues to store items, a smooth booking & reservation flow, and in-app payment processing.
• Accounts: every user must be able to register, sign in, and manage bookings from a personal dashboard.

Deliverables
1. Xcode project (Swift or SwiftUI) ready for TestFlight.
2. Fully functional store-locator tied to real-time or mocked geo data, a store that is register with the app to offer storage for clients .
3. Booking pipeline that reserves a slot, generates a QR/booking code, and pushes a confirmation email.
4. Integrated payment gateway (Stripe preferred, but open to suggestion) running in sandbox.
5. Basic admin endpoint or JSON file so I can add/edit partner locations and availability.
6. Clean, human-readable code with comments plus a short README covering setup, dependencies, and how to swap in production API keys.

Acceptance
I will consider the project complete once I can:
• Create an account, log in, and stay logged in.
• Find at least one test location on the map, book a slot for storing items, and receive confirmation.
• Run a test card through the payment flow and see the transaction in the Stripe dashboard.
• Build the project locally without errors and upload to TestFlight.
