"I need a straightforward Android MVP that streamlines day-to-day PG / hostel operations. The single most crucial feature is a one-tap approval workflow so the owner can instantly accept or reject any tenant request. Around that, build:

• QR-based forms for onboarding, offboarding and rent/payment submissions
• A lightweight owner dashboard showing dues, cleared payments and tenant details in real time
• Optional WhatsApp or SMS notifications, wired so they can be switched on later with minimal code changes

The goal is proof of concept and speed of execution rather than extensive UI polish. Think of RentOk or SpaceBasic as reference points—but do not clone their flows.

Preferred stack is native Android in Kotlin or Java, with Firebase (or any rapid back-end you trust) handling auth, data storage and QR generation. Keep the architecture clean and the code well-commented; I intend to expand on this after the MVP.

Deliverables
• APK and full source code, runnable on Android 9+
• Concise README covering setup, QR flow and dashboard usage
• Short demo video or walkthrough
