"I am putting together a small IoT system centred on an ESP32 that only has to watch a single magnetic contact sensor (door/window style) and report its state instantly. The moment the sensor changes, I want a real-time alert pushed to the user—no daily digests and no threshold logic, just an immediate notification.

What I need built is the complete path from sensor to screen:

• Firmware for the ESP32 that reads the magnetic switch, connects to Wi-Fi, and publishes each state change reliably.
• A lightweight broker or backend (MQTT, Firebase, or similar) to shuttle the message.
• A simple mobile or web app that shows the current sensor status and fires off the push notification in under one second.
• A concise README with flashing, deployment, and test instructions.

Acceptance test: while I toggle the magnet by hand over a two-hour window, every event must show up in the UI and trigger a push within one second, with none missed.
