"I need an experienced recruiter who can jump straight into several active searches across software development, data science/AI, and cybersecurity. The work is 100 % remote, starts as soon as we shake hands, and feeds directly into Byte Recruitment’s portfolio of national and international clients offering salaries in USD and EUR.

You will own the full cycle: sourcing, first-pass screening, candidate engagement, and interview coordination. Our primary hunting grounds are LinkedIn, mainstream job platforms, and niche tech communities, so proven results in those spaces are essential. Solid English is a must; many of the conversations and reports will be client-facing.

I already have role descriptions, but they need a refresh to better highlight each employer’s value proposition—expect to rewrite and sharpen them before launching the searches.

• A vetted shortlist for every position, with notes on motivation, salary expectations, and availability
