"I need a developer who can add a secure, self-service portal to my existing WordPress site. Guests will create their own accounts with a password and, once logged in, they should be able to:

• Download trip documents, liability waivers, and other travel files I upload for them
• Fill out and submit online forms that feed straight into my dashboard

The core tasks include configuring user registration, building a private area with role-based access, and integrating a reliable form system—Gravity Forms, WPForms, or something comparable. Everything must sit neatly inside my current theme and respect my site’s styling.

Security is important to me, so please set up proper password rules and file-protection measures. When we’re done I’ll need a short hand-off guide that shows me how to upload new documents, manage users, and export form entries.
