"I need a full-featured social media application built natively for Android. The core experience should allow users to register, create profiles, post text, images, and short videos, follow others, and interact through likes, comments, and direct messages. A clean, modern UI that feels instantly familiar to typical social platforms is essential, and smooth performance on mid-range devices is a must.

Behind the scenes, I plan to run a scalable back-end (Firebase or a comparable cloud stack works for me) that handles authentication, real-time feeds, push notifications, and media storage. Please structure the project so new features—such as stories or in-app events—can be added without major rewrites.

Deliverables I expect:
• UX/UI mock-ups for all main screens
• Native Android source code (Kotlin preferred) with clear documentation
• Secure, well-structured back-end setup with deployment instructions
• Basic analytics dashboard integration (Firebase Analytics or similar)
• Signed APK plus Google Play–ready bundle

Acceptance criteria:
