Role Overview

We are hiring part-time trainers to deliver live, interactive training sessions in select software and technology domains.
You will:
• Teach and mentor learners through hands-on concepts and projects
• Deliver structured sessions with clear learning outcomes
• Provide guidance, feedback, and support to enhance learner progress
• Prepare participants for industry roles and interview expectations
This role is ideal for professionals who enjoy teaching, mentoring, and sharing knowledge with aspiring tech talent.

What We're looking for

Strong expertise in one or more listed domains
• Ability to simplify complex concepts with real-world examples
• Experience in training, mentoring, or instructional delivery is a plus
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Comfortable conducting online sessions and engaging learners
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent hands-on experience in relevant field
• Professionals, educators, and confident final-year students are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Computer Software Training and Training delivery methods
• Experience with Software Development and hands-on technical expertise
• Strong Communication skills to engage and support learners effectively
• Capability in Instructional Design to create effective learning materials
• Ability to deliver online training and facilitate interactive sessions
• Passion for education and mentoring with a learner-focused approach
• Experience in EdTech or as a technical instructor is a plus
