"I’m ready to bring a new idea to life on both iOS and Android and need a developer who can own the full build from first mock-up to store submission. Although the concept itself will be shared after we sign an NDA, the goal is a polished, stable and modern mobile experience that feels native on each platform.

Because the app must launch simultaneously in the App Store and Google Play, I’m open to whichever tech stack you feel delivers the best balance of performance and development efficiency—whether that’s React Native, Flutter, Kotlin/Swift side-by-side, or another proven approach you recommend.

I am looking for a developer who lives in Afghanistan and has EXPERIENCE: examples of apps you have shipped, the scale of your role on those projects, and any metrics or user feedback that highlight quality. Screenshots and store links will help me understand your style and standards.
