"I need our current Wix website rebuilt from the ground up so it feels clean, contemporary and—above all—truly mobile-first. The site is small (no more than seven pages) and the content library is ready to go: approved copy, high-resolution photos, our logo files and a defined colour palette are all on hand.

Scope
• Structure: up to seven main pages including a news/blog section and a simple contact form.
• Platform: Wix only (please stay within that ecosystem so we can manage updates in-house later).
• Look & feel: patient-centred, warm and emotive while still reflecting the professionalism of a biopharma company. The design must quickly communicate the unmet need we address, then flow into our mission to restore natural brain function through safe, innovative therapies.
• Priority: seamless mobile experience; desktop refinement follows the mobile layout, not the other way around.
• Features: no e-commerce, but basic on-page SEO setup, social sharing options and a lightweight cookie banner are expected.

Key deliverables
– Fully responsive Wix site (≤7 pages) published on our existing domain
– Blog template configured so we can post news internally
– Contact form connected to our company email
– Handover document with edit instructions and any custom code snippets

Timeline
I’d like the final build live before year-end, but January 7 is the absolute cutoff. Please outline your milestone schedule so we can track progress together.

Acceptance criteria
The site must score “mobile friendly” on Google tests, load in under three seconds on 4G, and carry our brand colours and fonts consistently throughout. All copy and images must remain editable in Wix’s visual editor.
