"I want to deploy an ERP solution inside our manufacturing plant that focuses squarely on Human Resources. In this first phase the only module I need delivered is payroll processing, and it must calculate taxes automatically for every pay run without manual intervention.

The core tasks include:

• Selecting or building an ERP module that plugs smoothly into a production-driven environment (we run multiple assembly lines and need real-time accuracy).
• Configuring payroll rules, pay calendars, and the automatic tax calculation engine so that gross-to-net results match local legislation out of the box.
• Migrating our current employee data and historical pay records.
• Testing end-to-end payroll scenarios and training a small HR team on day-to-day use.
• Supplying concise technical documentation plus a quick-start guide for non-technical staff.

I will provide access to our existing SQL database and current payroll spreadsheets. The finished work is accepted once payroll tests reconcile to the cent across three consecutive cycles and tax filings export correctly.
