"I need a complete two-app solution that lets women’s clinics, salons, spas and makeup studios run smooth reservations while giving their customers a simple way to book. One app faces the client; the other sits in the hands of each venue and feeds an owner-level web dashboard.

The customer app must run on iOS, Android and the web. Core flow: browse a rich service catalog, pick a slot, pay a deposit or full amount, and confirm the booking. Ratings and written reviews appear once a visit is completed, and if a customer chooses a home-service option the app should capture and pass the location to the salon automatically.

The salon app mirrors that experience from the business side. Staff can open or block time, tweak services and prices, and immediately see paid or pending appointments. Managers can read feedback, then create special offers or limited-time discounts which go live only after I approve them in the owner dashboard.

I am open on the tech stack—Flutter, React Native, or any cross-platform framework you are fluent in—as long as it delivers smooth performance on mobile and web. A clean, modern UI, secure payment integration and real-time notification handling are non-negotiable.
