"I’m ready to have a lightweight Android application built from the ground up, and the single must-have feature is push notifications. Whether you prefer Firebase Cloud Messaging, OneSignal, or another reliable library, I mainly care that the alerts arrive quickly and consistently on modern Android devices.

Here’s what I need:
• Architect and code a clean Android app (Java or Kotlin) in Android Studio.
• Integrate push notification functionality end-to-end, including the server or dashboard setup I’ll use to send messages.
• Craft a simple, intuitive UI so the notification flow can be demonstrated.
• Test on current Android OS versions and provide a short test report.
• Hand over a signed APK, all source code, and a concise setup guide so I can replicate and extend the project later.
