"Our internal ERP needs to pass data seamlessly to two accounting environments: QuickBooks Online for our U.S. books and Tally (India edition) for our Indian subsidiary. The integration must automatically move three data sets—Invoices, Inventory data, and Financial reports—without manual intervention.

Key expectations
• A two-way or scheduled one-way sync (whichever is technically safest) that creates, updates, and reconciles records across all three platforms.
• Use of the official QuickBooks Online REST API and Tally’s XML/ODBC interfaces so future version changes are straightforward to maintain.
• Clear field-to-field mapping documentation, error-logging, and a simple status dashboard inside the ERP or as a standalone web page.
• Data integrity tests showing that invoice totals, stock levels, and P&L / balance-sheet figures match after synchronization.

Acceptance criteria
1. A demo database run proving that every invoice raised in the ERP appears identically in QuickBooks Online and Tally within the agreed schedule.
2. Inventory quantities updated in either accounting system reflect back to the ERP without loss or duplication.
3. Consolidated financial reports generated in each system match the source ERP report to within rounding tolerance.

Source code, deployment notes, and a short hand-over session will complete the project so my in-house team can maintain the connector long-term." (client-provided description)
