"I need a developer who can build a full-featured website for my chain of hotels, centred around a real-time room-booking engine. Guests must be able to search each property, see up-to-the-minute availability, select their dates, and complete the reservation in one seamless flow.

Key requirements
• Real-time availability across all hotels in the group, with instant confirmation once a room is locked in.
• A clean, responsive front end that guides users from search to booking in as few clicks as possible.
• An intuitive admin panel where my staff can add properties, upload room types, set rates, block dates, and track bookings.
• Secure user account creation so returning guests can view or amend their reservations.
• Modular code that lets us add payment gateway integration or customer reviews later without re-architecting the core.
