"I’m starting from a completely blank slate and need a full-scale career website designed and developed from scratch. The site’s core purpose is to provide actionable career resources and advice, so its architecture, visual language, and user flow all have to support that objective seamlessly.

• Interview-preparation tips
• Career-development course listings

Beyond those, I’m open to exploring additional content types (for example, a job board or employee stories) once we lock down the initial framework, but the immediate priority is nailing an intricate, polished design that feels modern, uncluttered, and intuitive on desktop and mobile.

I’m looking for someone who can own the end-to-end process—wireframes, UI/UX, responsive front-end, and a clean back-end (CMS preferred) that lets my team update resources without touching code.
