"I’m looking for a partner who can jump in whenever needed to keep our Microsoft Business Central environment and Dynamics 365 suite running smoothly and evolving with the business. Day-to-day, that means three things:

• Sales process optimisation – spotting friction in our current quote-to-cash flow and configuring the platform so reps spend less time clicking and more time selling.
• System customisation – building or tweaking entities, fields, workflows, Power Automate flows and reports so the stack truly fits how we work, not the other way around.
• User training & support – quick, practical coaching sessions and screen-share walk-throughs that help staff adopt new features fast and keep support tickets to a minimum.

The Dynamics 365 footprint you’ll be touching covers Sales, Customer Service and Marketing. Most questions come in bursts, so I prefer an on-demand virtual model: when an issue or idea surfaces, we set up a short call, you diagnose or prototype remotely, then roll out the change in our sandbox and push it live after sign-off.
