"Summary
I'm looking for a software developer with deep experience with programmatically manipulating CAD files, specifically the DWG file format.

This project will require you to develop a program that meets the following criteria:

1. Reads an uploaded DWG file
2. Manipulates the file based on a set of engineering rules including, but not limited to - increasing footing width and wall thickness.
3. Outputs the new version of the file along with the total wall width.

This is a backend project only, I'm looking for a script to handle the above program, no UI necessary.

You will be asked to answer the following questions when submitting a proposal:
1. Describe your recent experience with similar projects
2. Add your github link
3. Start with "This" for avoiding automation proposal." (client-provided description)
