"I run a Blogger site and the sidebar navigation is giving me trouble. On some pages it vanishes, on others it won’t stay where it should, and overall it feels unpredictable. I’d like the sidebar to work consistently across the entire blog, look the same on desktop and mobile, and stay responsive as content grows.

I’m looking for someone who knows the Blogger platform inside-out—template structure, widgets, HTML/CSS tweaks, a dash of JavaScript if needed—and can jump straight in, diagnose what’s wrong, and patch it cleanly. I’m open to suggestions for small related improvements you spot along the way, but the headline deliverable is a fully functional, smooth-scrolling sidebar that appears on every page without breaking the existing theme.

Deliverables:
• Debug and repair the sidebar/navigation so it renders on every page.
• Ensure it behaves consistently (sticky or static, whichever fits best with the existing design).
• Maintain the current look and feel; no visual glitches on mobile or desktop.
• Provide a short changelog so I know what files were touched.
