"I already have a Telnyx account, a working SIP trunk, and all of the Supabase and ElevenLabs credentials on hand. What I need now is the control logic that lets Telnyx decide, on every inbound call, whether to send traffic down the SIP trunk to my ElevenLabs voice agent or simply forward the call to a mobile phone.

My WebApp is already writing a Boolean flag (True / False) to a Supabase table. Your task is to connect that flag to Telnyx Call Control so that:

• when the value is True, Telnyx bridges the call through the existing SIP trunk to the ElevenLabs voice agent
• when the value is False, the call is diverted to a specified mobile number

You are free to implement the lookup however you think best—webhook, Function, or other Telnyx flow element—as long as it is reliable and fast enough for production traffic. Please hand over:

1. the Telnyx flow or Call Control script, fully commented
2. any lightweight middleware code (if needed) with setup instructions
3. a short test plan showing both paths working
