Here’s the vision: I’ll continue to handle architecture, day-to-day coding, and product strategy. You’ll serve as the U.S. point of contact—sign vendor agreements, help with compliance paperwork, and, if you like, weigh in on technical decisions or take on light development or code-review tasks. Familiarity with JavaScript/Node.js, Python/Django, or Java/Spring Boot is helpful but completely optional. What matters most is dependability, clear communication, and a genuine interest in building products.
