"I need a Windows Forms application in C# that sits on top of an already-designed database and handles day-to-day management through two distinct login profiles.

Admin profile
• Full visibility of every table, record, and setting.
• Ability to create and remove user accounts on demand.

General User profile
• View existing records.
• Edit the data they are permitted to access.
• Export that data to a PDF.

PDF generation must compile user activity logs only, producing a clean, printable document in one click. A library such as iTextSharp or PdfSharp is fine as long as the end result is royalty-free and ships with source.
