"I’m ready to launch a new magazine-style WordPress site for my Ponce-based travel-guide brand and need a developer who can turn a bright, vibrant design into a fast, SEO-friendly reality. The core of the site will be long-form articles, destination guides, and photo galleries, all wrapped in a clean, modern layout that adjusts beautifully on mobile.

Key elements I must have: an engaging magazine grid for posts, interactive maps so readers can explore Calle Guadalupe and the wider region, a prominent newsletter sign-up, and friction-free social sharing. Please build on a customizable theme that lets me adjust colors, typography, and section order without touching code, and configure best-practice plugins for security, caching, analytics, and SEO.

Performance matters—pages should load quickly even on slow connections, and Core Web Vitals need to score in the green. Once the site is live, I’d like a quick walk-through of the WordPress dashboard so I can manage new content myself.
