"I need a seasoned WordPress developer to create a clean, modern property website for my real-estate business. The aesthetic should be unmistakably minimalistic, with a fast-loading, responsive homepage that looks sharp on every major browser.

Core requirements
• Property listing pages must include advanced search and filtering so visitors can quickly narrow results by price, location, and other key criteria.
• Each listing should display on-page photo galleries (video support is optional if it does not compromise speed), an integrated Google Map, and a clear call-to-action that triggers a general inquiry form.
• I need an intuitive dashboard where I can add, edit, or remove listings without touching code.
• The build must follow current SEO best practices, score well on core web vitals, and play nicely with IDX/MLS feeds; any prior experience configuring those feeds and lead-capture tools will be a strong plus.

I will supply copy and branding assets. You will handle theme selection (or lightweight custom theme), plugin configuration, and any minor design tweaks needed to keep performance high.
