"I need a complete Android marketplace application that lets users browse, list, and securely purchase items inside one intuitive interface. The core flow is similar to other peer-to-peer buying platforms: account creation, product listing with images, smart search & filtering, in-app chat between buyer and seller, cart / checkout, and a simple order-tracking panel.

My priorities:
• Native Android build (Java or Kotlin) so performance remains smooth on mid-range devices.
• Clean, modern UI that follows current Material Design guidelines.
• Firebase or another reliable back-end for authentication, real-time messaging, and data storage; open to alternatives if you can justify the benefits.

Deliverables I expect:
1. Source code repository with clear commit history.
2. APK ready for internal testing plus a signed release build.
3. Brief developer handbook covering setup, key modules, and how to push future updates.
