"The task is to create a polished, cross-platform mobile application focused exclusively on budget planning. Users must be able to:

• enter monthly income in rupiah,
• set spending limits for custom categories,
• track real-time progress against those limits through clear visual dashboards,
• view automatic summaries that highlight remaining funds at a glance.

I will share a rough feature map and basic wireframes; you transform them into an intuitive UI, build the front-end (Flutter or React Native is fine), and connect a lightweight cloud back-end so data stays in sync across devices. Core flows need to feel snappy on typical mid-range Android phones and recent iPhones.

Acceptance is met when I can install TestFlight and Google Internal Test builds that:
1. handle currency calculations accurately in rupiah,
2. create/edit budgets without crashes or visible lag,
3. sync user data after sign-in, even on spotty connections,
4. pass a short usability walkthrough I will provide.
