"I need a full-featured real-estate portal that mirrors the structure and overall user flow of https://www.immobiliare.it. The site’s core purpose is to publish real-estate listings and every section—from the homepage grid to the advanced results page—should feel instantly familiar to agents who already use that reference site.

The audience will be real-estate agencies, so the back-office has to let multiple agency accounts publish, edit, and promote their own listings with minimal training. Front-end visitors, on the other hand, must be able to browse quickly, drilling down by location, price, and other key parameters just as they do on Immobiliare.it.

To match the original experience, I need the following working features at launch:

• Search filters that update results without page reloads (location autocomplete, price range sliders, property type, surface, etc.)
• Side-by-side property comparison with saved items persisting across sessions
• Authentic user reviews tied to verified agency profiles, complete with star ratings and comment moderation

Please build everything mobile-first, fully responsive, and SEO-friendly. A clean admin interface—whether custom, Laravel-based, or on a robust CMS like WordPress with custom post types—is fine as long as it remains secure, scalable, and easy for non-technical staff to use.
