"Our in-house applications are dropping connection to the network and users are losing access midway through their work. The project focuses on diagnosing and resolving these connectivity problems from the software side—configuration, updates, corrupted settings, or client-side services—rather than physical cabling or hardware replacement.

You’ll be given remote access to the affected workstations and the server logs. The goal is to restore stable, uninterrupted connectivity and document exactly what was adjusted so we can replicate or roll back the changes if needed.

Please highlight prior experience handling similar software-based network disruptions in Windows or mixed OS environments. A concise outline of your approach, typical turnaround time, and any specialised tools you rely on (e.g., Wireshark, PowerShell, event log analysis utilities) will help me gauge fit.
