"I need a complete self-checkout solution that works smoothly on both iOS and Android. Shoppers will open the app, see nearby partner supermarkets on a map, walk in, scan product barcodes with their phone camera, review a running cart, then pay right on the spot. Supported payment rails must include mobile money, eWallet, Visa, PayPal and Mastercard. Once the transaction is confirmed the customer receives a digital receipt; the store receives its record and we automatically apply our commission.

From the supermarket side a secure web-based admin panel is required. It should let staff:
• view real-time and historical transaction reports,
• manage users and their roles,
• keep inventory data up to date or synced from an existing system.

Clean architecture, reliable barcode scanning, and fast checkout flow are top priorities. I expect well-documented source code, an easily deployable back-end/API, and guidance through publication to both app stores." (client-provided description)
