When a customer sends a message through the vendor chat, the seller needs to receive an alert — ideally:

• on-site notification

Change needed:
• Remove the pet shop licence upload from the main sign-up form
• Show it only when selecting a Business membership plan
(so hobbyists don’t feel confused or intimidated)

After a user signs up as Vendor or Customer, clicking the orange Add Listing button should:
