The existing design already works for me, so your job is to reproduce it while stripping out the heavy JavaScript framework.

We need a well-commented set of static files ready for drop-in deployment to any CDN or static host. If you can hit Lighthouse “Performance” scores in the green zone without sacrificing the look and feel, we’re good.
