"A new collection of truly dynamic NFTs is about to be minted on Solana. The on-chain logic will be written in Rust with the Anchor framework and must integrate the latest Metaplex Token Extensions so the metadata can stay mutable long after mint.

Core behaviour
The tokens need two key abilities:
• Upgradable attributes that I (or a designated authority) can bump, swap, or reset at any time.
• Time-based changes that trigger automatically—think stats that decay, levels that rise, or badges that appear after a preset slot or Unix timestamp.

Architecture notes
There is no existing code base, so the full Anchor program, account layout, and PDA scheme have to be designed from scratch. Critical identity fields (name, symbol, core stats) are stored on-chain; heavier assets and lore will live off-chain on Arweave/IPFS, giving us the best of both worlds.

Deliverables
• Anchor program that mints, upgrades, and schedules time-driven updates, fully wired into Metaplex Token Extensions
• Comprehensive unit tests on a local validator plus a script suite (TypeScript) that demonstrates every instruction
• Clear deployment guide and example config so I can spin up, verify, and extend the collection later

Acceptance criteria
The test suite must pass, a live smoke test must show an attribute changing after the specified time window, and the program must compile with the current stable Solana toolchain.
