Here’s what I need help with:
• Campaign setup and optimisation on both Google Ads and Facebook Ads Manager, including audience research, ad copy and creative suggestions aimed at high-intent prospects.
• A conversational AI flow that greets each click, qualifies the visitor, and requests key contact details. The same flow should trigger personalised SMS and WhatsApp messages so leads are never left waiting.
• Seamless integration among the ad platforms, the chatbot, and the messaging APIs, with leads stored in my CRM (or a shared Google Sheet if easier during setup).
• Testing and hand-over documentation so I can see exactly how to tweak ads, edit chatbot scripts, and monitor conversion metrics.

Acceptance criteria
