Locatalyze is a location-intelligence platform helping small businesses choose the best suburb for expansion. Customers pay $149 one-time for a suburb market report, plus optional $19 add-ons.
All AI agent workflows, data collection, automations, and report generation will be handled by us.
The freelancer is only responsible for building and deploying the website + portal infrastructure.

2. Customer Portal (Frontend + Backend)
