We are seeking a highly experienced development team or a collective of specialized senior freelancers to build a complex, multi-platform media streaming and monetization system from the ground up. This project is a full-scale, long-term initiative that requires expertise across robust backend architecture, native mobile development, and advanced financial/analytics engineering.
We are not looking for a single generalist but rather professionals who can form a cohesive team to handle the full scope of this project.
Required Deliverables

The final product must include three core components:

1. Native Mobile Applications (iOS & Android): Feature-rich apps supporting seamless background media playback, full lock-screen controls, push notifications, and subscription management. We are open to React Native or Flutter for a single codebase solution, but high-quality native performance is non-negotiable.
2. Full Web Platform: A responsive web application serving as the primary listener experience and a suite of dashboards for users with elevated permissions (Creators, Advertisers, and Administrators).
3. Scalable Backend & APIs: A robust, high-availability server architecture designed for rapid scaling, handling millions of simultaneous user interactions, and securely managing large volumes of media files.
Key Technical Scope Requirements (For Pricing Purposes)
Candidates must possess proven experience in developing and implementing systems for:
• Complex Monetization & Payout Logic: Experience building systems that track and manage multiple revenue streams (e.g., ad revenue splits, platform commissions, affiliate tracking) and automate secure creator payouts.
• Media Delivery & CDN Integration: Expertise in streaming audio/video, optimizing media delivery, and integrating with Content Delivery Networks (CDNs) for global performance.
• Real-Time Analytics & Reporting: Architecting and implementing data pipelines to process massive amounts of event data (listens, views, demographics) and display near-real-time analytics dashboards for multiple user roles.
• Advanced Security & Fraud Prevention: Critical experience in implementing sophisticated anti-fraud measures, including device fingerprinting, bot detection, IP/VPN monitoring, and phone number verification to protect the platform's financial integrity.
• Admin & Moderation Suite: Development of a secure, dedicated administrative panel to manage user accounts, content moderation queues (for compliance and TOS violations), and dynamically adjust platform settings (e.g., revenue splits, subscription tiers).
