"I need a well-structured mobile application that runs smoothly on both iOS and Android. The first milestone is straightforward yet critical: implement a secure user registration and sign-in flow that stores credentials safely, validates inputs in real time, and keeps the overall UX friction-free.

Core expectations
— One unified codebase (Flutter, React Native, or a comparable cross-platform stack) or two clean native projects; whichever route you recommend, the end result must compile and pass store review on both platforms.
— Solid architecture and clear documentation so future features—such as social-media sign-on or in-app purchases—can slot in without rewrites.
— Source control via Git from day one and short, descriptive commits.

Deliverables for this phase
1. Functional onboarding screens with email/password sign-up, login, and password-reset flows.
2. Encrypted storage of auth tokens and graceful handling of lost connectivity.
3. Build files or TestFlight/Play Console releases ready for my internal QA team.
