"I’m working on a Unity-based 3D globe that couples Cesium for Unity with Google Maps Tiles. My next step is to add a fully customizable border overlay that can display label or text information directly on the globe surface and refresh those labels in real time through an external API.

I need you to investigate viable tools, plugins, or SDKs that can slot cleanly into a Unity + Cesium workflow and deliver that functionality. The goal is to leave this engagement with clear, evidence-backed answers—not guesses—about what will work, why it will work, and how to implement it.

Where your research should land
• Pinpoint at least one tool (more if they exist) that supports overlaying polygon borders with text labels on top of Google Maps imagery streamed through Cesium for Unity.
• Demonstrate that the chosen option can accept live label data over an API endpoint and push those updates onto the globe without a full scene reload.
• Map out any licensing, pricing, or platform caveats that could block production use.

Expected deliverables
1. A concise technical report comparing the shortlisted tools and naming the best fit.
2. A lightweight Unity sample scene (project or package) that integrates the recommended solution, fetches sample data from a dummy API, and renders the labeled borders in real time.
3. Step-by-step setup notes so I can reproduce the proof-of-concept on my machine.

Acceptance criteria
• Border overlay and labels render correctly atop Google Maps tiles inside the Cesium Globe.
• Labels update within seconds of a new payload hitting the API.
• No editor errors; build succeeds for at least one target platform (Windows is fine).
