"I need a complete website coded in Laravel, fully responsive and optimised for speed on both desktop and mobile. The site will include a polished landing page, contact section, image gallery, secure user login, and an admin dashboard that lets me update content without touching code. Because I do not yet have reference designs or a colour palette, I’ll rely on your creative direction for a modern look and a harmonious set of colours that match the brand personality we define together.

You may draw on Bootstrap or Tailwind for styling, and feel free to bring in Vue or a similar JS layer if it improves the user experience. API hooks should be wired in wherever they make sense—for example, a contact-form mailer, a map embed, or external image storage—so please architect with extensibility in mind.

Deliverables:
• Full Laravel project with all views, controllers, models, and migrations
• Documentation on local setup, deployment, and everyday content updates via the admin panel
• Design source files (Figma, Adobe XD, or similar) reflecting the chosen colours and layout
• One brief hand-off session so I’m comfortable managing the site on my own

Acceptance criteria: every page passes Google Lighthouse mobile tests (performance ≥ 90), user authentication operates securely, and I can create or edit pages, images, and meta tags from the dashboard without needing your intervention.
