"I’m ready to launch an online shop for physical products and need a fully-customised WordPress e-commerce site built from the ground up. The core of the project is WooCommerce (or a similarly robust WordPress solution) configured so day-to-day retail tasks are simple for me to manage once the site is live.

Key requirements
• Inventory management that tracks stock levels in real time and alerts me when items run low.
• Multiple payment gateways (PayPal, Stripe and credit-card options at minimum) set up, tested and working flawlessly for both desktop and mobile checkout.

Design and UX
The store should load quickly, feel modern and be fully responsive. I have a logo and colour palette; you’ll translate these into a clean theme that showcases my products with high-quality imagery and clear calls to action. Product pages must include variations (size, colour) and an intuitive cart/checkout flow.

Back-end essentials
Please configure shipping zones and taxes, set up basic security (SSL, CAPTCHA, anti-spam) and show me how to add new products and run standard reports. I’ll also need a staging environment so changes can be tested safely before going live.

Acceptance criteria
1. Site passes Google PageSpeed Insights with a minimum 85/100 on mobile.
2. Stock adjusts automatically after each test purchase.
3. At least three payment methods complete a live $1 transaction without errors.
4. I receive a short video or screen-share session demonstrating how to add products, update inventory and process refunds.
