"I’m looking for a web designer-developer who can take my concept for a modern, visually creative site and turn it into a polished, production-ready build. My preference is to keep everything lightweight with pure HTML, CSS and vanilla JavaScript so the site loads quickly and remains easy to maintain. If you feel a different stack such as WordPress would add clear value, I’m open to hearing the case—but the default approach is code-first.
