"I need a straightforward, browser-based database that holds every personal contact I’ve collected from 2020 through 2024. Each record only requires two fields—name and phone number—so the interface can stay minimal: add, edit, delete, and quick search.

Once the data is in place, I also want a matching ledger file I can download at any time (CSV or Excel is fine) so I always have an offline backup of the same 2020-2024 contacts.

Deliverables
• Web app running locally or on a basic shared host (any mainstream stack is acceptable).
• Imported contact data and the ability for me to keep adding more.
• Exported ledger file with all current records.
