"I am looking to build a brand-new Android application from the ground up and need an experienced mobile app developer to make it happen. The entire project will focus exclusively on the Android platform, so deep knowledge of Android Studio, Kotlin or Java, material design guidelines, and the Google Play submission process is essential.

At this stage I have a broad concept but want your expertise to refine the feature set, design intuitive user flows, and implement clean, maintainable code. You will be responsible for setting up the project architecture, integrating any required APIs, handling basic QA, and preparing a release-ready build.
