"I need a mobile-responsive web application that lets customers instantly connect with nearby drivers. The main flow is simple: a customer opens the site, places a request, which will received by the nearest drivers, they can quote the price , again receives at customer ..From the quotes he can select best one and Award . After award driver can accept and start the ride , and both parties stay in sync through real-time notifications.

Core features I expect:
• “Search nearest driver” logic that returns accurate, fast results based on current location data.
• A two-way customer-to-driver communication layer so each side can confirm, cancel, or update a task without leaving the app.
• A notification system (push or in-browser) that alerts both parties the moment a request is created, accepted, or completed. ( Has to be integrate with whats app api)

The interface must scale smoothly from phone screens up to desktop, but the primary experience should feel native on mobile. I’m open to popular stacks—React, Vue, or similar on the front end and any well-documented back end you are comfortable with—as long as the final code is clean, well-commented, and easy for another developer to extend.
