"I need a complete application that lets individual users request and manage vehicle provision from their phones. When a user opens the app, they should be able to place request for a vehicle (self driven or chauffer driven). I will connect them to the local car provider. A lightweight account system with phone or email sign-in, push notifications, in-app messaging, and a simple payment gateway will keep the flow smooth and familiar.

The scope covers:
• Clean, intuitive UI/UX for iOS and Android (Flutter or React Native are fine).
• Secure backend with APIs for user management, booking logic, and vehicle inventory.
• Admin dashboard to add or retire vehicles, review bookings, and export basic reports.
• Standard geolocation tools (Google Maps SDK, Mapbox, or similar) so users can see pickup points and track the vehicle hand-off. (Tracking vehicle is optional)
