"I’m ready to move our travel and tourism business off scattered spreadsheets and into a single, purpose-built CRM that every department can share. The platform must let us create rich customer profiles, handle real-time booking and reservation details, and track the entire sales pipeline—from the first lead right through to post-trip feedback.

Because marketing drives a large share of our bookings, the CRM also needs tight, plug-and-play connections with the email marketing tool we already use (e.g., Mailchimp) and the social media channels where we promote our packages—primarily Facebook and Instagram. Agents should be able to push campaigns or pull lead data without leaving the system.

Multiple teams will work inside this CRM—sales, operations, and customer care—so please build in role-based access, clear activity logs, and dashboards each group can tailor to its own KPIs. A browser-based solution is preferred for easy access on the road; whether you customise an open-source platform such as SuiteCRM/Odoo or develop a fresh Laravel, Node, or Django build is up to you, as long as the code is clean and well-documented.
